Administrative Virtual Assistant

We are looking for an experienced and talented Administrative Virtual Assistant to help us with various tasks. This is a FULL-TIME ROLE.

Rate: $4/hour

Duties and Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and carry out all office administration
– Daily Bookkeeping
– Creating & Sending out Invoices
– Reconciling Accounts
– Financial Reporting
– Email response for questions or updates that need an immediate response
– Answer inquiries on the business Facebook Page or website contact form
– Create and manage spreadsheets
– Appointment Scheduling
– Data entry on websites, spreadsheets, presentations, etc
– Build a list of customers, prospects, suppliers, business associates, etc
– Sales Calls potentially
– Sort emails that require your personal response and those that need to go to tasks
– Update email contacts
– Send important reminders
– Answer customer service or support emails. (Refunds, Trouble Logging In, etc.)
– Create graphics (in Canva, Picmonkey, etc.)
– Maintaining CRMs
– Creating SOPs & flowcharts

Skills and Experience:

– Preferably Business Administration Graduate or Accounting Graduate (Diploma Required)

– At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

– Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
