Small property management company looking for an admin assistant to reply to emails from residents and prospective residents, answer some phone calls, handle social media posts (including posting listings for my company and for a brand ambassador position), reconciling check book accts, entering bills for payment and typing leases and setting them up for e-sign

Must have own computer and hone (will pay for business phone line)

Skills and knowledge:
Scribe ai for training
Ms Office
Knowledge of reconciling bank accts helpful
Thong customer service

This is a new position as I enter growth stage again and therefore only about 10 hours per month with some months needing more. Must be available during eastern standard time zone
