What Will You Do?

– Review and verify invoices for accuracy.
– Match invoices with contracts and records.
– Support the Accounting team to ensure timely payments.
– Act as a contact for vendors and contractors.
– Keep accounts payable files organized and up to date.
– Ensure compliance with company policies.
– Assist with financial reports and find ways to improve processes.

What Do You Need?

– Experience in Accounts Payable, Bookkeeping, or a similar role.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
– Great organizational and time management skills.
– Strong communication skills.
